Abstract
PT. PG Candi Baru is a company that is engaged in sugar production which is a state-owned enterprise within the scope of the industrial department which is under the auspices of the RNI Group. PT. PG Candi Baru has a fairly large workforce. Because the factors that are less supportive have been accidents in the workforce. After analysis, it can be concluded that there are errors in factors, namely: Application of K-3 Management in the company which has not been running in accordance with existing regulations, Workforce discipline in complying with existing K-3 regulations, less clean working conditions and tools less functional and poorly maintained personal protection. Based on the nature of the problem and its data analysis, this study includes descriptive research. In terms of location, including field research, the research objective is the implementation of a K-3 management system at PT. PG Candi Baru: First an accident; location of the incident, month of occurrence, and type of injury, second accident clarification. To find out whether the number of accidents shows a situation that has improved or worsened by using Safe-T-Score. From the results of the Safe-T-Score discussion, it was found that 0.1 according to the existing provisions the number is between +2.00 and -2.00 meaning it does not show, this means that in the year 20017-2018 the state of workplace accidents at PT. PG Candi Baru was almost the same as the next year. So it needs to be taken an action to suppress workplace accidents in the coming year
