Abstract
The purpose of this study is to study the characteristics of coal ash and analyze porosity in faults from the fatique test through Macro photo and SEM - EDX. In this study, the coal ash aluminum composite fracture model will be carried out as a 3 leaf propeller base material on T6 heat treatment at 510 0 C with a variation of 1 hour and 2 hours dissolution time. After that with the aging process at temperatures of 120 0 C, 140 0 C, and 160 0 C. Percentage of composite materials of aluminum alloy 89%, magnesium 1%, and coal base ash 10%. So the research got the highest cycle results in K3 specimens with a cycle of 25400.
