Abstract

Compliance with the Covid-19 health protocol is obedient and obedient behavior shown by accepting, carrying out, and fulfilling all rules as a form of Covid-19 prevention and control efforts. Knowledge about Covid-19 and self-awareness are important factors for people to adhere to the Covid-19 health protocol properly and correctly. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 193 people. The variable adherence to the Covid-19 health protocol (Y) and self-awareness (X2) uses a scale containing statements, while the knowledge variable about Covid-19 (X1) contains multiple choice questions about Covid-19. The results showed that the first hypothesis (H1) showed that there was a significant relationship between X1 and X2 with Y, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.01 and a calculated F value of 187.306 > F table. The results of the second hypothesis analysis (H2) show that there is a significant positive relationship between knowledge about Covid-19 (X1) and adherence to the Covid-19 health protocol (Y), with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.01 and a t-count value of 3.262 > F table. The results of the second hypothesis analysis (H3) show that there is a significant positive relationship between self-awareness (X2) and adherence to the Covid-19 health protocol (Y), with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.01 and a calculated F value of 15.223 > F table. The conclusion is that knowledge about Covid-19 and self-awareness have an influence on compliance with the Covid-19 health protocol. The higher or better the knowledge about Covid-19 and self-awareness, the higher or better the compliance with the Covid-19 health protocol.
