Abstract

Nilai perusahaan merupakan cerminan dari kinerja perusahaan dalam memakmurkan pemilik dan pemegang saham dengan melihat dari harga saham perusahaan. Adapun tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai ialah mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan kausal-komparatif. Dengan menggunakan purpose sampling dihasilkan sampel berjumlah 11 perusahaan dari 13 perusahaan. Jenis metode penelitian mengunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik , dan koefisien determinasi. Dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS (Statistic Package for The Social Science). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahanaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan akan tetapi untuk leverage berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaaan otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2020. Sedangkan secara simultan profitabilitas, leverage,dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaaan otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2020.
