Abstract

The process of plastic crushing using a plastic chopper has a variety of types of results obtained, depending on the type of plastic material being chopped. This plastic chopper machine is one of the machine tools that serves to destroy objects made of plastic. This research was carried out using an experimental method using a plastic chopper, three levels of variation in feeding speed and two variations of blade angle, for each method carried out in the machining process, and after the finishing process was completed, the capacity of workpiece production were measure using balance sheet measurement tools and the comparison of previous production results.
