Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Trust terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kantor Pemerintah, Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Trust terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kantor Pemerintah, dan Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kantor Pemerintah. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 121 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik survei dengan kuesioner online sebagai instrumen dan dilakukan pengujian model hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan model SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) dengan menggunakan software WrapPLS 6.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN)., Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara ASN, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Kata Kunci : Perilaku Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Trust, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), Kantor Pemerintah.
