Abstract

EFECT OF RECRUITMENT, COMPETENCE AND JOB MOTIVATION ON JOB SATISFACTION PT. SOEKIMAN POETRA PERKASA SIDOARJO PT SOEKIMAN POETRA PERKASA is a private company engaged in the provision of goods and services for construction, civil, mechanical, heavy equipment rental, especially Forklifts, Transportation and Labor Service Providers. The problem studied is whether there is an effect of recruitment, competence and work motivation simultaneously on job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze and prove whether there is an effect of recruitment, competence and work motivation simultaneously on job satisfaction. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Soekiaman Putra Perkasa Sidoarjo as many as 70 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. In this study using a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires. The instrument test in this study used validity and reliability tests. Meanwhile, the data analysis was carried out using multiple linear analysis. The results of the F test hypothesis show that recruitment, competence, work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction, the results of the t test hypothesis show that recruitment variables partially have a significant effect on job satisfaction, competence partially have a significant effect on job satisfaction, partially work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction.
