Abstract
During this Covid 19 Pandemic, female workers work with the WfH (Work from Home) system where office work is done from home; so that there is almost no barrier between work and household matters. Both of these roles require responsibility and settlement at the same time and place, thus tending to increase the potential for work-family conflict. Work family conflict is a dual role conflict that mostly afflicts female workers after marriage. The patriarchal culture demands that women act as the main managers of internal household affairs; although it also plays a role in the public area. These two roles, if not managed properly, will have an impact on household disharmony and resignation from work. Social support from family and friends/superiors is needed so that female workers can carry out both roles well. In addition to social support, job involvement in work also affects work family conflict. The subjects in this study were women workers in Java and outside Java. This study is a quantitative study and analyzed by multiple linear regression, with a sample of 111 people. Simultaneously there is a very significant relationship between social support and job involvement with work family conflict (P = 0.00 < 0.01). Partially, there is a very significant negative relationship between social support and work family conflict ((P = 0.00 < 0.01), and there is no significant relationship between job involvement and work family conflict in female workers (P = 0.151 > 0.05). Keywords: Work Family Conflict, Social Support, Job Involvement, WfH (Work from Home).
