Abstract

During the MEA (Asian Economic Community) era and the trade war between China and America which had an impact on the economy in Indonesia, companies were required to be able to compete and have a competitive advantage in order to survive in the competition. Competition in an effort to win consumer choice requires that each company be able to produce its best products to meet consumer tastes and be accepted by the market (Kotler, 2002). Warnerfelt (1984) and Barney (1991) use the resource-base view (RBV) approach, which considers that the important factors for winning over competitors are resources and companies consisting of tangible and intangible resources (Barney, 1991). are competence, technology, knowledge, skills, experience and capabilities. This study aims to test and analyze supplier network strategies, multi-channel retailing, Cooperation Synergy, dynamic capabilities and accounting information systems that affect business performance through business development strategies. The data were processed using descriptive and quantitative analysis tools. The analysis technique used to analyze the data is a professional Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). The population in this study were HR (human resources) in 4 units of the company Samudra Mas Group Sampit, Central Kalimantan. The sample selection technique is Simple Random Sampling HR managerial level with a total of 70 respondents. The results of data analysis show that the Supplier Network Strategy, Multi channel retailing, Cooperation Synergy and accounting information systems have a significant effect in a positive direction on business performance. Multi channel retailing, synergy of cooperation, dynamic capabilities and accounting information systems have a significant effect in a positive direction on business development strategies.
