Abstract

In the construction of construction projects, of course, it is necessary to control costs and time which are part of project management. During the implementation of construction projects, there is often a mismatch between the planned schedule and realization in the field which can result in increased implementation time and cost overruns so that project completion is hampered. the implementation of the Banjarejo Bojonegoro Regional Market Revitalization project is planned to be built on 2 floors with a total cost of Rp. 47,686,070,776.28 within 180 calendar days (6 months). This study uses the Earned Value method during the 5th to 12th week of observation by looking for a performance analysis of costs and schedules, namely Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV) and Actual Cost (AC) followed by analysis of variance using Cost Variance ( CV) and Schedule Variance (SV) and performance index using Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) to get Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Time Estimated (TE) results. observations at week 12 with an Estimated to Complete (ETC) value of Rp.23,612,586,509, Estimated at Complete (EAC) of Rp. 45,737,780,400 and Time Estimated (TE) with 19 weeks. From the results of the analysis at the end of the 12th week, it was concluded that the project performance results from the Time Estimated 19 weeks were 7 weeks faster than 26 weeks with a final cost of Rp.45,737,780,400 less than planned.
