Abstract
The role of MSMEs is big enough for the growth of the economy in the country of Indonesia, besides that, the biggest contribution of MSME business is the creative economy and innovation industries. These MSMEs also have weakness while operating, so that the government needs to provide supports so that the MSME business can run well. To provide supports, the government also wants MSMEs to have products that are different from others and have a high selling value by utilizing the potential in the surrounding environment. Data processing methods carried out are using qualitative descriptive analysis. Data from interview data, observations, and questionnaires that have been filled out and then analyze qualitative data using the two-stage analysis method strategy formulation, namely Qualitative Descriptive Analysis.UKM Ambudi Makmur II has the factors which are the biggest oppurtunity and the most influential in UKM Ambudi Makmur II is that economic growth in Bangkalan Regency increases so that consumption in the food industry also increases. This is a great opportunity for UKM Ambudi Makmur II. And the factors that become the main threat can be avoided, namely the barriers to entering high retailers because the quality of UKM Ambudi Makmur II's products is safe, clean and neat. The results of the analysis of the internal factors of the UKM Ambudi Makmur II are the factors that become the strength of the internal party, namely the location of the company. A good strategy used by UKM Ambudi Makmur II is to defend and maintain, market penetration strategies, and product development. Based on the SWOT analysis, six new strategies can be produced which are expected to help the development of the processed salacca business in UKM Ambudi Makmur II.
