Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance with corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable on the performance of the company in the mining sub-manufacturing manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. This study uses secondary data from annual financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is a mining sub�sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2017, totaling 24 companies. The sample used was 5 companies with the sampling method that is purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is version 3.0 of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that (1) good corporate governance has a significant effect on company performance; (2) corporate social responsibility has no significant effect on company performance; (3) corporate social responsibility has no significant effect as a moderating variable of good corporate governance on company performance.
