Abstract

The booming type reinforced concrete bridge is one of the infrastructure constructions that are now widely used in the State of Timor Leste as a support for the movement of transportation from one area to another because the Timor Leste region is a mountainous area so that it can provide obstacles on a road that is separated by a river so that it can obstruct the movement of transportation from one area to another. community activities in the country concerned. In the construction of a reinforced concrete bridge, the effectiveness of work implementation and cost efficiency must be considered in order to achieve the maximum level of quality and quantity in ensuring the level of strength and feasibility of its use in the future. In this study, it is argued that the effectiveness and efficiency of the Behedan reinforced concrete bridge construction project is influenced by several factors, namely the lack of provision of heavy equipment that can support the implementation of the bridge project, the lack of manpower in iron and casting work, project scheduling that does not match the duration of the planning time. , late payment process, limitations in supplying materials according to the specifications in the drawings and social problems in the Behedan area, especially in the investment sector. A good solution for the implementation of bridge construction in the future is that it requires careful design planning and the availability of adequate resources so as not to hamper the implementation of reinforced concrete bridge projects in the future.
