Abstract
In concrete pavement structure, contractors need to fill terms of concrete structure specifications according to work contract. These specifications include Flexural Strength (FS), where FS is the strength of concrete to accept load of vehicles running on it. Resulted from tense stress value of bending moment divided by holding moment of test beam section, unit kg/cm2. But on the other hand, concrete mix design has been referring to compressive strength, because in concrete design there is no calculation which directly refers to FS required. Cement content based on job mix design and results of concrete strength FS 40 which used composition of concrete material based on job mix design were used as data variables to study the effect of cement content to flexural strength concrete FS 40. The analysis used to determine the effect of each variables using simple linear regression analysis. To obtain the deviation value from the cement content, descriptive statistical analysis was used. Dependent variable is the concrete flexural test result FS 40, and independent variable is the cement content based on job mix design from 4 concrete factories. From these two analyzes, obtained a regression equation and a level of deviation of cement content to flexural strength FS 40 which were used as the basic calculation for K quality concrete plan that should be obtain for concrete FS 40. Using Unit Price Analysis, compared the price of concrete work that must be paid based on the calculation of cement content obtained from the regression equation and the deviation level with the price of concrete work that must be paid if it is based on an existing job mix design. From the analysis, concluded that the cement content has a significant effect 20.5% to FS 40, average deviation value of FS 40 between 2019 and 2020 in Mojokerto for concrete pavement structure is 6.175%. Level of cost efficiency for cement content according to the Unit Price Analysis is 9.7% per cubic meter of concrete.
