Abstract

The handling of district roads in Bangkalan includes structural improvement, periodic maintenance and routine maintenance. The handling is derived from The Indonesian Budget (APBN), namely Specific Allocation Fund (DAK) and Regional Government Budget (APBD), namely General Allocation Fund (DAUM). The largest budget comes from Specific Allocation Fund (DAK)for handling road structure improvements. As for the handling of maintenance both periodically and routinely only comes from the Regional Government Budget Bangkalan itself. With the limitations of Regional Government Budget Bangkalan regency, it is necessary to analyze the priority determination of road maintenance handling The method used in the analysis of priority determination of district road maintenance handling in Bangkalan is the Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) method carried out by combining various factors, namely: road conditions, traffic volume, economic benefits, and policies. Level assessment between criteria involves 30 respondents who have duties, functions and experience in the field of handling and planning district roads in Bangkalan Regency. The result of this study that the criteria of road condition factor has the influence of the largest level of interest, namely with a weight of 0.388 (38.80%) then followed by traffic volume factor with a weight of 0.267 (26.70%), policy factor with a weight of 0.184 (18.40%) and lastly economic factors with a weight 0.162 (16.20%)
