Abstract

Bangkalan is one of the cities that is often hit by floods during the rainy season. Various efforts have been made to deal with the flood problem that occurred in Bangkalan. Based on the geographical condition bangkalan regency with a relatively flat topography in the south and increasingly to the north there is no change in elevation of height is so striking. Urban drainage system is an urban drainage network consisting of parent/primary channels, secondary channels, tertiary channels of infiltration buildings, landfill buildings and complementary facilities that are systematically related to each other.Cost Significant Model method that will be developed in this research is expected to answer the demands of the initial cost estimation of Drainage Channel Development project with Cost Significant Model Method in Bangkalan Regency. As well as being able to find out the components that affect the Estimated Cost of Drainage Channel Construction with the Cost Significant Model Method in Bangkalan Regency, Plan the Drainage Channel Construction Cost Estimation model and know the cost needed in the Construction of Drainage Channels per meter. The results showed that the estimated cost model of drainage channel construction was influenced by all significantly influential components with the dominant sequence being the cost of stone pair work (X3), stututer work (X4),concrete plate bekesting work (X5), soil excavation work (X2), preparatory work (X1) and repair work (X6). Estimation model with Significant Cost Model obtained Y = 196,866,034 + 0.965X3 + 1.104X4 + 1.204X5 + 0.913X2 + 0.884X1 + 0.800X6
