Abstract

Risk control planning is a process of developing options and determining the most effective actions so that it is expected to increase opportunities and reduce the risks viewed from the negative side, namely challenges. Good project management is needed to suppress any potential that can increase costs and extend the implementation time of work. Sumedang is a regency in West Java that is located in two areas of the National Activity Center (PKN), Metropolitan Bandung and Cirebon. This condition makes Sumedang very strategic because it becomes a link between two important areas in West Java. Pem BuildingEast Ring Road Jatigede Reservoir is intended to provide support on Sub National Road to improve services in the field of land transportation infrastructure.. The data that will be collected and used in this study consists of 2 kinds of primary and secondary data. From the results of the analysis can be categorized the risk of delays in work in the implementation of Construction Work Myc Package Construction East Ring Road Jatigede Reservoir, namely: Rainfall Intensity, Late land acquisition, Desan Changes, Design Errors made by Planners, Difficulty of access to project sites, Late Approval Shopdrawing, Incorrect planning / incomplete, Productivity Equipment, Difficulty obtaining work permits, and Environmental Security. Obtained the total value of risk interest rate of 2,225, while the total value of risk interest level over 54 risk factors is 7,038.
