Abstract

PT Mega Advans Teknologi is a company engaged in the distribution of ship equipment which was founded in 2007 in DKI Jakarta and it is a supplier agent for several imported brands from China, Japan, Taiwan, America and the United Kingdom that provide OBM machines and spare parts, GPS navigation, radio communications and other marine equipment with premium service for personal, commercial and professional. However, until now the company has not established risk management which causes some events to be uncontrollable. Risk control is an integral part of management responsibility, in ensuring the achievement of organizational goals, risk control can increase management effectiveness and efficiency, because all risks that can hinder organizational processes have been identified properly. Therefore, this research uses the House of Risk (HOR) model to identify, analyze, evaluate and treat risks. This model is a framework developed by Pujawan and Geraldin (2011) by developing the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, such as 1. Provide employee support training 2. Provide employee support training 3. Tracking the information system periodically or by telephone. 4.
