Abstract

In this study, there are several determinants of customer satisfaction determines the archipelago tourists: local culture, tourism products, price perceptions, service quality and perceived value. The main objective of this study is to prove and analyze the level of satisfaction of consumers of archipelago tourists in tourist destinations and their influence on variables after archipelago tourist visits, namely: local culture, tourism products, price perceptions, tourism promotion, and perceived value in Gianyar Regency, Province Bali. The type of research used is a survey. The population in this study were all visitors of Nusatara tourists in tourist destinations in Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling using the purposve sampling method, with a total sample of 204 tourists who are at tourist destinations in Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has previously been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer hypotheses is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Moment Of Structure Analysis (AMOS), version 2.2. Descriptive statistical analysis results obtained that the unsatisfactory attributes are: local culture, price perception and tourism promotion, while satisfying attributes are: tourism products, service quality and perceived value. For other attributes the perceived value is: local culture, tourism products, price perceptions, tourism promotion and service quality
