The construction of a building is a project with certain resources and the time limit to get result construction. To the efficient time, project Suncity Apartment Residence Sidoarjo is at the location shopping center and surrounded by residential area solid. Where in its implementation must be there are risks. Hence required good risk management to get results desired. The purpose of this research is to identify risk in the implementation of the construction project Suncity Apartment Residence Sidoarjo and how response the risks. Identification of risks by using that reference experts are divided into several categories. Classified category risk between the impact and intensity is using the Probability impact grid. Next, a risk analysis is using Likert scale. Of the risks they face was based on from the survey results was being done to stakeholders construction activities. From the survey result obtained from the questionnaire the frequency of risks and the impact of the risks are considered directly by respondents. As for the scale used in the questionnaire to be distributed is Likert scale for measuring variable or the frequency of the incident variable risk relevant to the project development Suncity Apartment Residence Sidoarjo. As well as for measuring impact of the risk variable also used Likert scale where Likert scale for measuring probability or frequency. While of 30 items risk, risk climate change and risks estimate, the risk is most dominant. The recommendations of the experts obtained solution to the dominant risk by giving training, monitoring and evaluation tightening, and always do contingency plan.
