Abstract

A housing development project is a project with certain resources and a certain time limit to get the results of the construction. But in practice, there must be risks. Therefore we need good risk management to get the desired results. The purpose of this study is to identify the risks involved in the construction of the Griya Pesona Indah Housing Project and how the risks are responded to. Risk identification using the Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS). Classification of risks between impact and intensity using the Probability impact matrix. Furthermore, risk analysis uses the Analytical Network Process (ANP). ANP is appropriate to be applied to decisions that deal with interrelated factors and systematic feedback. RBS can be shown 6 risk groups with 24 risk items. With expert respondents, the ANP results show that the most dominant risk group among other risk groups is the risk of the construction process. Whereas among the 24 risk items, coordination risk and poor performance are the most dominant risks. Furthermore, the experts obtained recommendations for solutions to the dominant risk, namely by providing training, tightening evaluation
