Abstract

Trenggalek Regency mostly consists of mountainous land with the width covering 2/3 of the total area while the rest of the land (1/3 part) is low land. The height of the land between 0 till 690 meters on the sea surface. Based on the topography condition and weather, it needs a risk management to identify the small risk until the big risk which will be experienced and see the impact toward the purpose of Retaining wall project. The method of Analytic Network Process (ANP) and budget crashing are used in this research to look for the alternative solution and proper strategy. Therefore, it can give suggestion on policy recommendations and minimize the possible risk to create such lateness of working project of Retaining Wall of Concrete km. 16+000- km. 23+000 Trenggalek-Ponorogo, the risk identification by using Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS) on this research has 7 variables and 30 sub-variables which are the risk of field worker (X.1), The risk of physic (X.2), Project information (X.3), Construction process (X.4), Engineer (X.5), Actual condition (X.6), and the risk of cause-design (X.7). This research used software SPSS to find out the value result of bullet test, validity test, reliability test, and correlation on the questionnaire which was spread out on the project experienced-workers and the result of this research shows the physic risk is high risk. The risky-group consists of slide land risk, flood, heavy rain, and strong wind and the budget caused by the acceleration project of this retaining wall of concrete is 21.485.137.852 Rupiahs.
