Abstract
The aim is the research is to address the importance how to know of implementation performance based budgeting in the Jawa Timur government. The analysis tasted by empirically used qualitative and used secondary data. The research result show that Jawa Timur government was to design implementation performance based budgeting but not perfect, and was implementation performance based budgeting but not comprehensive and consistency. Therefore this study sported another studies before
