Abstract

One of the efforts made to increase food production is to do water resources through the help of appropriate and efficient air allocation. One of the uses of water resources is in the case of agriculture, which is for irrigation purposes. The Nglirip Irrigation Area has 1239 Ha of paddy fields spread over several villages in the Singgahan sub-district of Tuban Regency. n the Nglirip Irrigation Region for RTTG in the 2018-2019 period there was a water shortage in the irrigation water requirement for the MK2 planting period so that in this study it was reviewed to avoid water shortages. The purpose of this study is to make the most optimal distribution of water in the Nglirip Irrigation Area, which is to analyze the available water compared to the irrigation water debit needs to be able to irrigate the existing land area so that it can produce maximum profits. From the analysis results it is known that the average flowrate of existing irrigation water requirements is 0.373 m3/sec for the MH period, 0.566 m3/sec for the MK 1 period, and 0.703 m3/sec for the MK 2 period. And in the MK 2 planting period there was a known shortage 4 periods of water and used as an analysis for dynamic program optimization carried out in the MK 2 planting period. In the dynamic program optimization, the optimal land area that can be irrigated in each crop in the MK 2 planting period is 504 hectares of Rice and 788 hectares of Palawija. While the magnitude of the benefits of optimization obtained amounted to IDR 30,901,200,000 compared to the existing profit of IDR 30,694,700,000 or provided a profit of IDR 206,500,000.
