Abstract

The construction of the Bubutan sub-district building is planned with the time and budget determined in accordance with the contract. However, based on the weekly progress report there is a significant delay in the implementation. By using the Erned Value method, it is expected to produce a cost and time analysis on the Bubutan sub-district building construction project so that it can produce estimates or future projections of the project. So from that this research needs to be done immediately in the hope that it can overcome the problems that occur in the project so that the project can be completed as planned. Based on the analysis that has been done, the things that can be concluded from this study are: The amount of costs required to complete the remaining work (ETC) at the end of the 16th week review is Rp. 2,197,829,201, and the time needed to complete the remaining work (ETS) at the end of the 16th week review is 156 days. The level of change in costs required to complete the project (EAC) based on the analysis of the last review is 16 weeks, which is 0.52% less than the contract cost or Rp 2,546. 504,201. While the time needed to complete the project (EAS) based on the analysis of the last review, namely week 16 is 267 days or 97% longer than the time of the contract.
