ABSTRACT Occupational safety and health (K3-L) is very important in the construction industry, however, the problem often is unthinkable K3 attention of the parties involved in the construction process. Not infrequently the problem K3-L by some tend to be ignored, and only a few of those who want to address this issue seriously. We know the law on occupational safety and health that exist, but in actual field use of safety equipment are often rarely used it is due to lack of supervision. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of occupational safety and health environment (K3-L) on the construction of a multipurpose building projects indoor stadium Km 5 Palangkaraya, the lecture hall of Shariah faculty IAIN Palangkaraya, the lecture hall Ushuluddin customs and propaganda IAIN in Palangkaraya, where to know and analyze the influence of factors K3-L consisting of aspects of the work equipment (X1), work tools (X2) and work environment (X3) to project performance (Y) in the city of Palangkaraya. The method used in this research by distributing questionnaires to the owner of the work, the contractor and the supervising consultant, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed with descriptive analysis. The results of this study concluded factor K3-L consists of factors working tools working tools and working environment simultaneously or together greatly affect the performance of the project (30.170> 2.71), while partially highly influential and dominant are the working tools consisting of, temporary stairs (X2.2), molen (X2.4) bucket (X2.7), compressor (X2.8), passenger Hoist (X2.10) with Thitung (9.189> 1.6 6277) Ttabel , while the factors working equipment and working environment equally influential and significant to the performance of the project, for the aspects of the three factors most dominant and influential was the work tools, while aspects of the work environment all affect the implementation of projects in the city of Palangkaraya. The more frequently used or supplied the greater influence on the implementation and performance of projects and vice versa if more is not used or supplied will be less influence on the implementation and performance of the project.
