Abstract

The process of dismantling and installing motorcycle tires in general is still using simple and manual tools which take relatively long time and for the level of efficiency is still lacking. Some previous studies related to the loading and unloading of existing motorcycle tires are still relatively expensive and can only be used in one place. For it needs to be redesigned so that the process of dismantling and installing motorcycle tires is more optimal. There is also the purpose of the author of this thesis is as follows: Designing a tool to install an ergonomic portable motorcycle tire pairs. Comparing the results of the new motorcycle tire loading and unloading tools with the old tools. With the working system this tool is done by pressing. pressure lever for the first step the operator places the tire and alloy wheels on the wheel holder and then adjusts the wheel holder because it can be adjusted to the size of the wheels and this tool can be disassembled to be able to go under any where relatively faster and efficient.
