Abstract

In an effort to fulfill the rights of society, it is entitled to the freedom of organization in the form of community organization. One of these forms is governed by law number 16 of 2017. Indonesia as a law country must fulfill the rights owned by the community. However, one of the norms in Law No. 16 of 2017 governs the procedure for the dissolution of the community organization in which the dissolution abolished the judicial process. This study discusses first about the ordinance of how the dissolution of community organizations in Indonesia and second about the juridical study of the dissolution of community organizations is reviewed from the rights of Union. The study uses a normative legal research method of research, with a statutory and conceptual approach method. The research concluded that the first setting of the dissolution of the community organization in Indonesia has undergone several changes in different rules. Second.
