Abstract
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) implementation in construction projects is a crucial aspect of minimizing the risk of workplace accidents. The XYZ Building Construction Project, located on Manyar Kertoadi Street, Klampis Ngasem, Sukolilo District, Surabaya, is an eight-story building with one rooftop level that presents a relatively high potential for occupational accidents. This study aims to analyze the dominant factors influencing the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in construction projects, determine the level of OSH implementation, and identify occupational accident risks along with their risk levels. A quantitative research method with a total sampling technique was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 23 respondents consisting of contractor and consultant staff. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS version 29. Occupational accident risks were then analyzed using a risk matrix based on likelihood and severity. The results indicate that the factors influencing the implementation of construction OSH include worker involvement, OSH management, workers' attitudes and behavior, and working conditions and environment. Among these factors, OSH management was identified as the most dominant, contributing 52.99% to OSH implementation. The coefficient of determination analysis yielded an adjusted Rsquare value of 0.520 (52%), indicating that the research variables explain 52% of the variation in OSH implementation, while the remaining 48% is influenced by factors outside the research model. The occupational risk analysis showed that most identified risks fall within the moderate-risk category. However, one high-risk category was identified, namely the risk of falling from scaffolding during beam, column, and floor slab construction.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penerapan K3 konstruksi terdiri atas keterlibatan pekerja, manajemen K3, sikap dan perilaku pekerja, serta kondisi dan lingkungan kerja. Faktor yang paling dominan memengaruhi penerapan K3 adalah manajemen K3 dengan persentase pengaruh sebesar 52,99%. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai adjusted R-square sebesar 0,520 atau 52%, yang berarti variabel penelitian mampu menjelaskan penerapan K3 sebesar 52%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Analisis risiko menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar risiko berada pada kategori sedang, namun terdapat satu risiko kategori tinggi (High), yaitu risiko jatuh dari perancah (scaffolding) pada pekerjaan balok, kolom, dan plat lantai.
