Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Entrepreneurial Personality, Entrepreneurial Ability, and Entrepreneurial Environment on Entrepreneurial Success among Street Vendors in Kampung Malang, Surabaya. The study was motivated by differences in business success among street vendors, where some are able to sustain and develop their businesses, while others experience difficulties in maintaining their operations. This condition indicates that entrepreneurial success is influenced by both internal and external factors. This research employed a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population consisted of 50 street vendors in Kampung Malang, Surabaya, all of whom were selected as respondents using a saturated sampling (census) technique. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results showed that Entrepreneurial Personality, Entrepreneurial Ability, and Entrepreneurial Environment each have a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Success. Simultaneously, the three independent variables also have a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Success. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.805 indicates that 80.5% of the variation in Entrepreneurial Success can be explained by Entrepreneurial Personality, Entrepreneurial Ability, and Entrepreneurial Environment, while the remaining 19.5% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings suggest that strengthening entrepreneurial characteristics, improving business management capabilities, and fostering a supportive entrepreneurial environment are essential for enhancing entrepreneurial success among street vendors.
