Abstract
Salah satu fasilitas yang sangat bergantung pada aksesibilitas jalan adalah Rumah Potong Hewan (RPH). RPH berfungsi sebagai tempat pemotongan hewan secara higienis dan memenuhi standar kesehatan masyarakat. Proyek pembangunan jalan akses menuju Rumah Potong Hewan (RPH) Kecamatan Samarinda Utara menghadapi tantangan dalam pengendalian waktu dan biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengendalian proyek dan menentukan jalur kritis melalui Critical Path Method (CPM) agar manajemen proyek dapat meminimalkan risiko keterlambatan dan pemborosan biaya. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data lapangan dan dokumentasi proyek, penyusunan network diagram menggunakan model Activity on Node (AON), perhitungan ES, EF, LS, LF, dan identifikasi jalur kritis. Analisis pengendalian biaya dan waktu menggunakan metode Critical Path Method (CPM). Analisis crashing juga dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi percepatan proyek dan dampaknya terhadap biaya. Hasil menunjukkan CPM efektif mengendalikan durasi proyek 18 minggu sesuai baseline. Jalur kritis terdiri dari aktivitas Mobilisasi, Galian tanah, Timbunan pilihan, Penyiapan Badan Jalan, Perkerasan beton Fc’10, Perkerasan Beton Fc’30, dan Demobilisasi. Percepatan Timbunan Pilihan 2 minggu, dan Geotextile Woven 5 minggu memberikan penghematan Rp 81.136.528,20 sekaligus memulihkan durasi proyek ke jadwal semula. CPM terbukti menjadi alat strategis untuk pengendalian waktu dan biaya, mendukung alokasi sumber daya optimal, dan memastikan proyek selesai tepat waktu tanpa mengorbankan kualitas.
