Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan keuangan desa di Desa Wearlilir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pengelolaan keuangan desa bila ditinjau dari Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus di Desa Wearlilir dengan informan penelitian yang dipilih adalah perangkat desa yang terdiri dari Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, dan Kaur Keuangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengorganisir data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian menjadi uraian yang lebih sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pengelolaan keuangan Desa Wearlilir sudah sesuai dengan Permendagri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan, dan pertanggungjawaban. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterlambatan penyampaian laporan pertanggungjawaban serta belum dibentuknya Tim Pengelola Kegiatan (TPK) sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan. Rekomendasi dari penelitian juga meliputi peningkatan transparansi anggaran, penguatan kapasitas aparatur desa melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, peningkatan pengawasan oleh BPD dan pemerintah daerah, pemanfaatan media publik seperti baliho dan website desa untuk keterbukaan informasi, serta perbaikan prosedur administrasi dan percepatan pencairan dana agar pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban lebih efisien dan akuntabel. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan desa telah berjalan dengan baik, tetapi masih memerlukan peningkatan kapasitas aparatur desa dan penguatan pengawasan agar pengelolaan keuangan desa menjadi lebih akuntabel dan tepat waktu.
