Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Momoyo Nginden kota Surabaya.metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal, melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner berskala likert dan dianalisis mlalui regresi linier berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bersma-sama memberikan Pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara individual, Kualitas produk dan Persepsi Harga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan, sementara Kepercayaan pelanggan memiliki Pengaruh yang mendekati signifikan. Variabel Kualitas Produk menjadi faktor dengan Pengaruh paling besar. Model Penelitian mampu menjelaskan 48,7% variasi kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan tersebut sejalan dengan Penelitian sebelumnya mengenai produk minuman kekinian. Penelitian ini mnyadarkan agar Momoyo meningkatkan kualitas dan konsistensi produk, menetapkan harga yang kompetitif, serta memperkuat kepercayaan pelanggan melalui peningkatan pelayanan. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, persepsi Harga, Kepercayaan Pelanggan, Kepuasan Peanggan.
