Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan subsektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2022–2024. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, menghasilkan 11 perusahaan sebagai sampel dengan total 33 observasi. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dengan indikator Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif signifikan, Quick Ratio (QR) berpengaruh negatif signifikan, sedangkan Cash Ratio (CAR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Leverage dengan indikator Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) berpengaruh negatif signifikan, sementara Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Times Interest Earned (TIE) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan dengan indikator kapitalisasi pasar berpengaruh positif signifikan, total penjualan berpengaruh negatif signifikan, sedangkan total aset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan, likuiditas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 81,6%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi kesehatan keuangan, struktur modal yang optimal, dan skala perusahaan merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi persepsi investor terhadap nilai perusahaan di sektor food and beverage.
