Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor food and beverage (F&B) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sub sektor F&B dipilih karena memiliki peran strategis dalam menopang pertumbuhan industri manufaktur dan perekonomian nasional, dengan permintaan yang relatif stabil serta daya tahan tinggi terhadap fluktuasi ekonomi. Nilai perusahaan dalam penelitian ini diukur menggunakan Price to Book Value (PBV), sementara variabel independen terdiri dari likuiditas (CR dan QR), profitabilitas (ROA dan ROE), serta struktur modal (DAR dan DER). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan periode 2022–2024. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek serta menghasilkan laba mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan investor. Sebaliknya, struktur modal menunjukkan pengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, yang berarti penggunaan utang yang terlalu tinggi meningkatkan risiko finansial dan menurunkan persepsi investor terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam menetapkan kebijakan keuangan yang optimal, serta bagi investor sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya literatur mengenai faktor-faktor penentu nilai perusahaan pada sektor F&B di Indonesia.
