Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan digital banking terhadap Financial Well-Being dengan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan sebagai variabel intervening pada Generasi Z di Surabaya. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari meningkatnya penggunaan layanan keuangan digital oleh generasi muda, sementara kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola keuangan belum sepenuhnya memadai. Ketidakseimbangan antara kemudahan akses digital dan kecakapan finansial ini berpotensi menimbulkan risiko keuangan jangka panjang, sehingga penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan finansial di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden Generasi Z yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala Likert 1–5 berdasarkan indikator teoritis dari masing-masing variabel. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Evaluasi model mencakup uji validitas konvergen, validitas diskriminan, reliabilitas konstruk, serta pengujian model struktural melalui analisis koefisien jalur, nilai t-statistic, p-value, dan nilai R². Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menguji hubungan mediasi secara komprehensif, meskipun dengan ukuran sampel terbatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan digital banking berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Literasi keuangan berpengaruh langsung terhadap Financial Well-Being, sedangkan digital banking tidak berpengaruh langsung. Perilaku pengelolaan keuangan berperan sebagai mediator signifikan yang menghubungkan literasi keuangan dan digital banking dengan Financial Well-Being. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya perilaku finansial yang disiplin dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan finansial Generasi Z, serta menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan digital banking baru memberikan manfaat optimal jika didukung oleh pengelolaan keuangan yang baik.
