Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor fundamental makro dan struktur kepemilikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dengan kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan, laporan keberlanjutan, dan laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan melalui situs resmi BEI serta website masing-masing perusahaan. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling selama 5 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari 6 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2020-2024 dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Faktor fundamental makro yang diteliti meliputi inflasi, suku bunga, dan nilai tukar. Struktur kepemilikan dianalisis berdasarkan kepemilikan institusional, asing, publik, pemerintah, dan manajerial. Kinerja keuangan diukur melalui perputaran piutang, NPM, ROA, dan ROE. Nilai perusahaan dinilai melalui PBV, PER, Tobin’s Q, dan EPS.. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi investor dan manajemen dalam memahami faktor penentu nilai perusahaan di sektor F&B.
