Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi aktivitas lingkungan dengan menilai kepatuhan atas Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), manajemen risiko dan kesehatan lingkungan pada Puskesmas Tenggilis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum Puskesmas Tenggilis telah memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan untuk masing-masing aspek akan tetapi masih terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan lagi. Pada bagian K3 Puskesmas telah mematuhi ketentuan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 50 Tahun 2012, akan tetapi masih terdapat temuan yaitu dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan yang perlu segera dijadwalkan dan direalisasikan. Pada bagian manajemen risiko yang mengacu pada Permenkes No. 25 Tahun 2019 menunjukkan tingkat kepatuhan yang baik, akan tetapi terdapat temuan terkait seluruh kebijakan yang belum diperbarui nama dan tandatangan kepala Puskesmas yang baru dan disarankan untuk segera diperbarui. Pada bagian Kesehatan Lingkungan telah memenuhi standar Permenkes No. 2 Tahun 2023, akan tetapi masih terdapat temuan yaitu terkait kelengakapan administrasi persetujuan teknis baku mutu air limbah serta perizinan penyimpanan TPS B3 dan IPAL yang perlu segera diselesaikan.
