Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim)Cabang Utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 78 responden dari Bank Jatim. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 27. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t untuk menguji pengaruh parsial dan uji-F untuk menguji pengaruh simultan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mencakup pengujian kualitas data berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen diukur menggunakan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, ketiga variable lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Setiap peningkatan lingkungan kerja, efektivitas komunikasi, maupun motivasi kerja akan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel ini juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 8,9% menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja mampu menjelaskan 8,9% variasi kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 91,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model penelitian ini, seperti kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, atau faktor eksternal lainnya
