Abstract

Pengendalian pasokan antibiotik merupakan aspek penting dalam operasional apotek karena berdampak pada ketersediaan obat, efisiensi biaya, dan kualitas layanan kesehatan. Masalah umum yang sering terjadi adalah ketidakseimbangan antara pasokan dan permintaan, yang dapat menyebabkan kekurangan stok atau kelebihan pasokan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengendalian persediaan obat antibiotik di Apotek Anya di Surabaya, dengan fokus pada obat Azithromycin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data tentang pembelian dan penggunaan obat antibiotik selama periode Oktober 2024 hingga September 2025. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi Analisis Always Better Control (ABC), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Reorder Point (ROP), penyusunan Neraca Gudang, serta metode penilaian persediaan First In First Out (FIFO) dan Rata-rata (rata-rata tertimbang). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis ABC, Azithromycin diklasifikasikan sebagai obat Kategori A, yang memerlukan pengendalian persediaan yang ketat. Perhitungan EOQ menghasilkan jumlah pesanan optimal sebesar 259 tablet dengan persediaan cadangan 4 tablet dan titik pemesanan ulang 19 tablet. Penilaian persediaan menggunakan metode FIFO menghasilkan penggunaan persediaan yang lebih efisien dibandingkan metode Rata-rata dan mencerminkan aliran fisik pergerakan obat. Oleh karena itu, metode FIFO dianggap lebih sesuai untuk diterapkan dalam manajemen persediaan antibiotik di Apotek Anya di Surabaya.
