Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh variabel kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada kafe belikopi di jl. Raya ponti kabupaten sidoarjo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan yang pernah berkunjung minimal 2 kali pada kafe belikopi di jl. Raya ponti kabupaten sidoarjo dengan jumlah 100 responden sebagai sempel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dilakukan dengan pengujian menggunakan program spss versi 25. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t dan uji f, sedangkan teknik pengujian lainnya menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolonieritas, heterokedastitas, serta koefisien determinasi (r²). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada kafe belikopi di jl. Raya ponti kabupaten sidoarjo. Secara simultan variabel kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan belikopi ponti kabupaten sidoarjo. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (r²) menyatakan bahwa pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan store atmosphere adalah sebesar 75% sisanya, 25% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian.
