Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance, Burnout, and Employee Engagement on employee performance at the East Surabaya Regional Revenue Management Unit (UPT). The research background stems from increasing administrative demands, high expectations of public services, and the potential for work pressure to lead to work-life imbalance and burnout, which can directly and indirectly reduce employee performance. Furthermore, uneven levels of employee engagement are a significant factor influencing employee effectiveness and commitment. The research approach used a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The sample consisted of employees at the UPT PPD East Surabaya, selected using relevant sampling techniques. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests to ensure the feasibility of the research model. The results indicate that Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Burnout has a significant effect on employee performance, Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and all three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that work-life balance, managing work pressure, and strengthening employee engagement are important factors in improving employee performance at the UPT PPD East Surabaya.
