Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Risiko Operasional, Risiko Kredit, dan Likuiditas terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BRI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan dengan sampel 60 observasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda melalui uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Risiko operasional juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, yang berarti efisiensi operasional mampu meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Risiko kredit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, menandakan bahwa semakin baik pengelolaan kredit bermasalah, semakin tinggi profitabilitas bank. Sementara itu, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, menunjukkan bahwa tingkat likuiditas yang terlalu tinggi dapat menurunkan kemampuan bank dalam menghasilkan keuntungan karena dana tidak tersalurkan secara optimal pada aset produktif. Secara simultan, keempat variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci : Good Corporate Governance, Risiko Operasional, Risiko Kredit, Likuiditas, Kinerja Keuangan.
