Abstract

UD. Aneka merupakan usaha konveksi sablon dengan sistem make-to-order yang masih menggunakan sablon manual sehingga proses produksi lambat, bergantung pada tenaga terampil, dan menimbulkan biaya operasional tinggi. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan keterlambatan pesanan dan rendahnya efisiensi. Teknologi Direct Transfer Film (DTF) menjadi alternatif solusi karena mampu mempercepat proses sablon, menurunkan biaya per unit, serta meningkatkan kapasitas dan kualitas produksi. Namun, teknologi ini memerlukan investasi awal sebesar Rp 14.100.000 dengan umur ekonomis lima tahun. Oleh karena itu dilakukan analisis kelayakan investasi menggunakan metode NPV, IRR, B/C Ratio, dan Payback Period. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan NPV Rp 10.729.653, IRR 36,84%, B/C Ratio 1,76, dan PP 2,15 tahun, yang seluruhnya memenuhi kriteria kelayakan. Uji sensitivitas ±10–40% pada biaya investasi dan biaya bahan baku juga menunjukkan investasi tetap layak diterapkan. Pada perubahan volume penjualan hanya -10% dan -20% yang menunjukkan layak. Dengan demikian, investasi alat DTF dinyatakan layak secara finansial dengan minimal penjualan 1480 pcs/tahun.
