Abstract

Kabupaten Madiun salah satu Kabupaten yang berada di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang kondisi sebagian wilahahnya yang berada dataran tinggi dan dataran rendah dengan letak strategisnya hal ini memiliki potensi wisata yang banyak di sektor pariwisata yang memiliki peranan penting dalam pengembangan ekonomi di wilayah kabupaten madiun salah satu berkembangnya potensi yaitu di sektor Perkebunan salah satunya kakao salah satu komoditi yang ada permasalahnnya menurut BPS kabupaten madiun produksi Perkebunan kakao menurun dari tahun ke tahun hal ini mempengaruhi berhali ke tanaman porang atau tanaman tembakau oleh karena itu dengan pengembangkan agrowisata dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dengan memaksimalkan potensi wisata di daerah guna meningkatkan efektifitas di Kabupaten Madiun ini diharapkan terbentuknya agroindustri kakao dengan pendekatan arsitektur ekologis ini dapat menerapkan konsep wisata edukasi dan rekreasi pada perancangan agroindustri kakao yang dapat mempresentasikan kebudayaan kakao di Kabupaten Madiun.
