Abstract

Proyek rekonstruksi Jalan Soekarno Hatta di Kabupaten Lamongan merupakan bagian dari program prioritas Jalan Lancar Lamongan (JAMULA), yang membutuhkan pelaksanaan tepat waktu agar tidak mengganggu mobilitas masyarakat dan distribusi barang. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis durasi optimal penyelesaian proyek dan mengidentifikasi aktivitas pada jalur kritis menggunakan Metode Jalur Kritis (CPM). Studi ini merupakan studi kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data penelitian terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan serta data sekunder berupa jadwal pelaksanaan dan dokumen teknis proyek. Analisis dilakukan dengan menyusun hubungan ketergantungan antar aktivitas dan menghitung waktu mulai dan selesai paling awal dan paling lambat untuk menentukan jalur kritis proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa durasi optimal untuk menyelesaikan rekonstruksi ruas Jalan Soekarno Hatta di Kabupaten Lamongan adalah 45 hari kalender, dengan beberapa aktivitas utama pada jalur kritis dan tanpa kelonggaran waktu. Penerapan metode CPM terbukti efektif dalam mengendalikan waktu proyek dan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan dan pengendalian waktu proyek infrastruktur jalan.
