Abstract

Kota Samarinda, sebagai salah satu kota besar di Kalimantan Timur, kerap mengalami banjir dan genangan, yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh sistem drainase yang tidak memadai serta sedimentasi saluran yang memperkecil kapasitas tampung air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan kinerja biaya serta waktu pelaksanaan antara metode U-Ditch Precast dan Flat Sheet Pile pada pekerjaan peningkatan saluran drainase Jl. KH. Khalid Kota Samarinda. Fokus analisis diarahkan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi masing-masing metode serta menentukan alternatif yang paling sesuai dengan prioritas proyek. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan deskriptif-komparatif melalui analisis Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), time schedule, serta data lapangan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk menghitung total biaya dan durasi pelaksanaan kedua metode secara numerik, sedangkan analisis komparatif dan deskriptif digunakan untuk menilai efisiensi teknis serta faktor penyebab perbedaan kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode U-Ditch Precast lebih efisien dari sisi biaya. Total biaya metode U-Ditch sebesar Rp7,21 miliar sebelum PPN dan menjadi sekitar Rp8,00 miliar setelah PPN 11%, jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan metode Flat Sheet Pile yang mencapai Rp11,22 miliar sebelum PPN atau sekitar Rp12,45 miliar setelah PPN. Efisiensi biaya pada U-Ditch Precast terutama disebabkan oleh minimnya pekerjaan beton di lapangan dan berkurangnya kebutuhan alat berat. Namun demikian, dari aspek waktu viii pelaksanaan, metode Flat Sheet Pile menunjukkan durasi yang lebih singkat yaitu ±136 hari (±4,5 bulan), dibandingkan U-Ditch Precast yang memerlukan durasi sekitar 180 hari (±6 bulan) setelah memperhitungkan waktu non-produktif. Kecepatan metode Flat Sheet Pile dipengaruhi oleh proses pemancangan yang relatif cepat dan tidak bergantung pada produksi elemen di pabrik.
