Abstract
Salah satu bentuk infrastruktur yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat adalah jalan lingkungan yang memadai, terutama di daerah padat penduduk atau yang memiliki nilai sosial dan keagamaan tinggi, seperti kawasan sekitar Komplek Masjid Muhammadiyah di Kecamatan Melak, Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak keterlambatan distribusi material terhadap efisiensi biaya, keuntungan, dan waktu pada Proyek Semenisasi Jalan Simpang Komplek Masjid Muhammadiyah di Kecamatan Melak, Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Keterlambatan material menjadi salah satu penyebab utama terganggunya pelaksanaan proyek, sehingga penting dikaji untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja proyek secara keseluruhan. Analisis dilakukan melalui studi pustaka, pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, perhitungan volume dan kebutuhan material, evaluasi perubahan jam kerja efektif, serta perhitungan ulang biaya dan durasi proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlambatan distribusi material meningkatkan biaya proyek sebesar 11,4%, menurunkan keuntungan hingga 66,2%, dan memperpanjang waktu penyelesaian dari 90 hari menjadi 102 hari. Dampak ini terutama disebabkan oleh idle time tenaga kerja, peningkatan biaya alat, serta terganggunya urutan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keterlambatan distribusi material memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi proyek, baik dari sisi biaya maupun waktu. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengelolaan logistik material viii yang lebih terencana untuk mencegah kerugian dan menjaga produktivitas pada proyek konstruksi sejenis.
