Abstract

Kabupaten Sragen Merupakan wilayah Strategis di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang memiliki Tingkat mobilitas transportasi darat yang tinggi, ditandai dengan banyaknya trayek bus AKAP, AKDP, serta operasional Bus Trans Jawa Tengah yang melintasi wilayah tersebut. Namun hingga saat ini Kabupaten Sragen belum memiliki Terminal Tipe A, meskipun rencana Pembangunannya telah tercantum dalam RTRW Kabupaten Sragen Tahun 2011-2031 dan RPJMD kabupaten Sragen tahun 2021-2026. Kondisi ini menyebabkan aktivitas naik dan turun penumpang masih banyak dilakukan dijalananm khususnya di Kawasan Pungkruk yang berpotensi menimbulkan permasalahan keselamatan, ketertiban, dan kenyamanan transportasi. Perancangan Terminal Tipe A di Kabupaten Sragen bertujuan untuk menyediakan fasilitas transportasi yang aman, nyaman dan terintegrasi, sekaligus mendorong pemerataan infrastruktur transportasi dan peningkatan ekonomi lokal. Metode perancangan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan SWOT untuk menilai kelayakan objek perancangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kecamatan Sidoharjo Kabupaten Sragen memiliki potensi strategis sebagai lokasl terminal baru karena kedekatannya dengan akses tol dan jaringan transportasi regional. Pendekatan arsitektur yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Kontekstual yang menempatkan karakter lingkungan, pola permukiman, aktivitas transportasi, serta kondisi sosial budaya Kabupaten Sragen sebagai dasar perancangan. Pendekatan ini didukung oleh pendekatan Fungsional Performatif yang Dimana bentuk dan tata massa bangunan dikembangkan berdasarkan kebutuhan operasional terminal, terutama sirkulasi bus dan penumpang, efisiensi pergerakan, serta kinerja ruang dalam mendukung aktivitas transportasi. Integrasi kedua pendekatan tersebut menghasilkan rancangan terminal yang bisa responsive terhadap konteks lingkungan
