Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage dan good corporate governance (GCG) terhadap financial distress. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2020-2024. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7 perusahaan dengan metode purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage dan good corporate governance (GCG) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress. Likuiditas secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap financial distress. Leverage secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) secara parsial berpengaruh megatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap financial distress.
